London Vacation Rental: Airbnb Review
Last month I stayed in London for the first time! I’ve officially decided that the one layover stop I made on my way to France 11 years ago does. not. count.
After staying half of the week in Mile End, Alex and I bade loving farewells to East London and headed west toward the Chelsea neighborhood. The streets immediately greeted us upon ascending from the tube with luxury boutiques and window dressings, and high-end automobiles revving down the left side of the road. The diverse neighborhood not only beams with a brilliant array of skin tones, but also paints the district with vibrant red, gold, and yellow-coated cars placed in front of classic white, bricked, and balcony homes.
Ani’s airbnb location in particular was a community in itself, designed with a courtyard layout. An electronic key scanner provided security for each building and the walkup apartment’s front door was equally as safe, with a strong deadbolt automatic lock. The apartment itself is one truly branded with love: one that is actually used as “home”!
Ani was sweet enough to meet us on her lunch break and walk us through the apartment. She graciously offered all of her toiletries, and new toothbrushes, if we needed any. Her designer kitchen had a top-notch stovetop and oven/microwave, and she even had a washer/dryer – all for our use. It was quite reassuring to know that she cared that much about our comfort.
Here are some of my favorite photos from her listing... they are all absolutely accurate. Are you in love yet?
