During my visit, I used Airbnb to rent a renovated 15th century loft in Chiostro del Bramante, just minutes from Milano attractions. Here is information on that rental so you can have an adorable stay in beautiful Milan.
Locked behind a beautiful arch, I channeled my inner Alice in Wonderland and accessed this hidden loft through a small entryway built into a larger set of doors. Around a dim corner, behind a welcoming set of tall plants I found the slate and white patterned door to our new home.
Upon crossing the narrow threshold, I rejoiced at the sight of a modern bathroom with hot water and a washer and dryer. The open loft layout offered a comfortable living space with draped, white linens and a charming kitchen with a welcoming view of an enclosed courtyard.
Above the living room is a second-level bedroom that overlooks the open space. The low queen-sized bed was quite comfortable and the large, wooden beams overhead provided a cozy space. Lighting was sufficient in the evening and the tall windows surrounding the loft allowed the space to glow in the afternoon.
