In Aruba, the term "happy island" is more than just a marketing slogan. This year, when an independent study "compared [Aruba] to the 2016 World Happiness Report, commissioned by the United Nations to measure the happiness index of 157 larger countries, Aruba’s results [ranked] higher than No. 1 Denmark at approximately 75.3 percent." So it is no wonder why tourists from around the world come to enjoy wellness getaways, romantic vacations, and adventure tours from coast to coast.
I've even stayed on Renaissance Island, at an Airbnb for a group retreat, and in a gorgeous casita at the Boardwalk Small Hotel during my visits. I've snorkeled, cliff jumped, explored caves, and enjoyed romantic couples activities on the island, as well. If you still don't understand why I'm crushing on Aruba, gush at these photos posted on Instagram by travelers from around the world and you'll soon find out!
So, who's crushing now?
